I absolutely love this pattern. I will be making this one again and again. If you know me I'm all about easy and comfort. This pattern has it all. If you haven't tried it, it's time to give it a try. It's casual Friday and this fits me perfectly. Oh by the way I made the entire outfit. The wide leg pants are New Look 6271. Still on that mission to replace everything in my closet with my label. Yay ME!!! Pattern Description: Misses' Tops and Tunics
Pattern Sizing:L-XL-XXL. I cut the Large. Could have gotten away with cutting a Medium but I like my tunics to be loose. Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes it did Were the instructions easy to follow?Very easy to follow. A friend told me that MimiG had a tutorial for it on YouTube, wish I known before I started could have made the cowl neck bigger. The instructions were still very easy to follow tho. What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I loved the cowl neck that can double as a hood. Mimi G's tutorial will help with that if you want it to truly be used as a hoodie. Fabric Used: I used a Jersey Knit I got on my trip to Los Angeles fabric district. Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: No alterations or adjustments for me. Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I am going to sew again and I would definitely recommend this if you haven't already tried it. Conclusion: Great piece to add to your casual wardrobe. I'm all about easy and comfort and this pattern is just that. You gotta try it if you haven't already. Tunics are my absolute favorite piece.
